强夯法施工简介及适用条件

强夯和强夯置换法是用起重设备将很重的夯锤(一般10~40t)起吊到必定高度(一般10~40m),然后使其清闲下落,运用其发生的较大的冲击能对土进行强力夯实,以行进其强度、下降其紧缩性的一种地基加固处理办法。强夯法运用的设备简略,施工速度快,加固作用好,节约三材,经济效益明显。

强夯法是一项动力固结技术,能否灵敏的使水从土体内排走,是抉择强夯作用好坏的要害。强夯施工首要适用于处理碎石土、砂土、低饱满度的粉土与粘性土、湿陷性黄土、素填土和杂填土等地基,关于高饱满度的粉土与粘性土应慎重选用。如单纯用强夯法处理高饱满度的粉土与粘性土,可在场所内安顿必定数量的碎石桩、砂桩或塑料排水板,构成排水通道,也能起到一定的加固处理作用。

强夯置换法是选用在夯坑内回填块石、碎石等粗颗粒资料,用夯锤夯击构成接连的强夯置换墩。强夯置换法一般适用于高饱满度的粉土与软塑~流塑的粘性土等地基上对变形操控要求不严的工程。

强夯工程选用的夯击能一般为1000~8000kN.m,也有少数地基选用更高的夯击能,所处理的场所大多数为劈山填海及山地沟谷回填的地基,如回填土首要为碎石素填土,则非常适宜强夯处理。
